Reflecting on a Year of Growth and Success

As I sit here reflecting on 14 Oranges turning 14 years old, it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. This journey has been a rollercoaster ride, one filled with challenges, growth, and moments of deep satisfaction. Looking back at the past year, it’s evident that our team’s dedication and our clients’ unwavering support have been the driving forces behind our success.

Last year was a good year for 14 Oranges. Our projects, the backbone of our business, have flourished. We’ve deepened our relationships with existing customers, providing them with even more value. We’re proud to have worked closely with our loyal clients, strengthening the bonds that make 14 Oranges what it is today.

A Dedicated Team at 14 Oranges

And of course, people are the heart and soul of any organization, and we’ve welcomed several new faces into our 14 Oranges family this year. With enthusiasm and talent, our new team members have added fresh perspectives and energy to our projects. The addition of these individuals, along with the energy and commitment of our long-time team members, has brought a sense of growth and vitality to our work.

Our location change to Eighth Avenue in Vancouver, marked an essential milestone for us. The decision to create a professional meeting space for our team and clients has already proven its worth. It’s been wonderful to have a dedicated place where we can connect with our clients in a professional and inspiring setting. This shift has added another layer of excellence to our operations, something we truly value.

Of course, we’re not just about work. Our team’s well-being and camaraderie matter immensely. Although the pandemic halted our in-person gatherings , we’ve managed to find other ways to keep our tradition of getting together for lunch. This year, we’ve planned a special celebration to mark this 14th birthday—a big barbecue in my backyard. It’s a chance for all of us to relax, bond, and reflect on our accomplishments.

An Exciting Future Ahead

As for our future, we’re setting our sights high. We’re ready to take on the coming years with an aggressive growth plan, investing in our products and our people. We’ve welcomed Martin, a seasoned expert in tech sales, to our team. His fresh perspective and experience are already shaping our strategies for expanding our sales reach. We’re exploring exciting avenues, from partnerships with industry associations to strengthening our reseller agreements.

This vision extends beyond the next year. I see a bright future for 14 Oranges, one where we continue to innovate, adapt, and thrive. We’re driven by a deep passion for what we do, and we believe in the value we bring to our clients. As we navigate the changing tides of the business world, we’re committed to preserving the reputation we’ve built while exploring new opportunities.

Through the ups and downs, we’ve learned invaluable lessons and discovered the resilience within ourselves. The path ahead might not always be smooth, but with our incredible team, dedicated clients, and the continued support of our community, we’re ready to face the challenges and make the most of the opportunities that lie ahead.
